Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take for my windows to be fitted?
Manufacturing lead time is 4-10 weeks from the point of order and fitting can be completed in 1-5 days depending on the size of your installation. Any further time will be dependent on the amount and size of your property.
What type of locking mechanism will be provided with my windows?
Fitted as standard to both our PVCu and Aluminium Casement Windows the micro rail multipoint reverse action inline locking system clamps to both sides of the striker plate for increased security.
How many keys are provided with each window?
Each window will be supplied with 1 key. 1 key per sash also , so 4 sashes = 4 keys.
Can I design my own windows?
Yes, our free design service allows you to tailor your windows to your property adding in the colour, finish and features you desire.
